2024 Flu & COVID Clinic!

Flu vaccines, recommended for everyone 6 months and up, and new fall COVID-19 vaccines are available now.  We will be holding clinics on Tuesday, October 8 from 3-6pm and October 25 from 1-4pm at the McMinnville SBHC clinic location.  Sign up through this link or call the office.  If those dates don't work for you, call the clinic to schedule during normal business hours.

Psychiatric Collaborative Care:  We are excited to offer pyschiatric care to our patients through our partnership with Germaine & Wise.  The Collaborative Care team includes the primary care provider (PCP) and behavioral health care managers, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.  The team implements a measurement-guided care plan based on evidence-based practice guidelines and focuses particular attention on patients not meeting their clinical goals.  Psychiatry.org has a great explanation of the model.

Telemedicine/Video visits:  We also offer telemedicine visits!  Most insurance companies are covering them the same as office visits, and we can help with medication refills, mental health concerns, and even some new issues.  Please feel free to call and schedule, text our text line (for non-urgent matters only at 971-312-2292) or request a visit through your  PATIENT PORTAL.

Have a telemedicine appointment  scheduled already?   Check in via your appointment confirmation e-mail, the patient portal, or call our office to check in, then link through the provider's name below with which you have an appt.

9:00am to 7:00pm Wednesdays

8:00am to 4:30pm Thursdays and Fridays

New Patients:    Adam is taking a limited number of new patients with certain insurances (Jacqui, Noelle & Andrea are not taking new patients).  Unfortunately, all of our panels for OHP and Medicare are already over-full, so we are unable to accept those insurances at all.  See  FAQ page  for further information.

McMinnville SBHC - The McMinnville School Based Health Center is OPEN for the 2024-2025 school year.  Students (regardless of insurance) in the McMinnville School District can be seen at or establish at the SBHC.  See SBHC website for more information.
