You can access mental health visits through Yamhill County Family & Youth at 503-434-7462.

Current patients can also access primary care visits (including COVID testing) through Sunrise Family clinic.  They can be scheduled through the patient portal, or you can call us at at main clinic line at 503-474-3600 and identify yourself as a McMinnville SBHC patient (or new SBHC patient).  ​
